What Happens if?
Quite a range but by listing them and answering them it will hopefully answer questions and as anything arises it will be added to the end .
How To Order?
Obviously you will view the range and make your selection, add to the basket and proceed to checkout. After this we need to ensure that all things run smoothly.
I will need a message telling me the colour or colour scheme you are looking at the more descriptive or links excellent. Please bear in mind on a lot of the stones the size is very small but I will always try to match your wants.
Let me know when you have posted any inclusions so I can look out for them and PLEASE make sure they are clearly labelled/marked. I recommend tracked so you reduce any risk of lot items.
If it is date critical please advise me or ideally check before ordering and then confirm agreed in message.
Double Check your order/s for size/colour/style and any other personalisation as once the order is received and confirmed it might not be possible to change any aspect once production begins.
Once I have all I need I will advise you of the expected turnaround time. I will usually make a couple of trial options for colour to ensure you are happy.
Once all works all completed I will dispatch to you by tracked/signed for post. You receive your piece/s and once satisfied enjoy them and the comfort they bring and please give me a review, it really helps small businesses.
I will always try to meet your colour needs. We have primary colours but also many shades of and also additions such as opal or diamond powder all of which will give a different effect.
Standard (ISH) Colours are of course,
All of these can be used and have different effects with additions of sparkle. Something which MUST be mentioned, as in my trading name EVERY piece is UNIQUE. I can get colour close or if making say 2 items at the same time get the colour exact BUT the finish look will still have differences as that is the nature of the art. ALL orders are placed accepting this.
Best way to get the colour you want is give some freedom but based upon pictures or links of the sort of colour/s you are looking for.
Care Guidelines for Ultra Violet Resin
Resin Jewelry Care Instructions
Resin jewelry is pretty hard-wearing but to get the best out of your pieces and ensure they last a lifetime please try to adhere to the following advice.
This will keep your pieces looking their best and save you having to pay for the resin jewelry to be repaired or replaced. Some resin jewelry clients don’t follow the instructions and their pieces are fine, but it’s best to be on the safe side.
The instructions are the same for epoxy and UV based pieces.
Try to avoid bumping and scratching your piece as this could damage. Avoid using tools and
doing manual work with the piece on
Do NOT submerge your jewelry pieces in water. Resin is NOT waterproof, only water
resistant. So please remember to remove your jewelry before showers, swimming, washing
If your piece is exposed to big temperature fluctuations, it might expand and contract and
cause the elements inside to separate
Store your jewelry out of direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause
the resin to discolour and soften.
If your piece is in regular contact with smoke it will usually yellow. However, some of our
smoking resin jewelry clients have worn their pieces for years without discolouration.
Avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals and cleaning products. This includes
antibacterial hand sanitizer, perfume, hair spray, cleaning solutions, nail polish remover,
When Resin Jewelry Care Has Been Forgotten
If your piece suffers damage or wear please get in touch and we will give you a price based on
photos. We ask clients to retain your elements such as breastmilk, cremation ashes, hair and cord
because it makes a remake possible when needed. If you haven’t retained the elements, we may be
able to do a repair, but can’t guarantee results.
Yellowing is almost always due to resin care rather than the brand or type of resin or insufficient breast-milk preservation. The top layer can often be removed and re-coated, depending on the damage
● Dullness & Scratches
If your piece has dulled or been scratched or scraped, we can add a new top coat layer. If this doesn’t work out we can always remove this if necessary. For charm beads and orbs, it may be easier to replace the piece completely because the hardware can’t be removed.
Thank you for reading, we will do our best to help if your piece needs repair!
Care Guidelines for Jewelry
Silver Jewellery Care Instructions
Silver is a great precious metal to choose for keepsake and memorial jewellery and does not need much care.
Most silver will usually tarnish eventually. This often turns the silver black, brown or dark grey but can also have a greenish or blueish hue because of the copper content.
Silver will tarnish faster under certain conditions. Sulphur, humidity, air quality (such as living near the sea), even body chemistry will affect how quickly it tarnishes. Coming into contact with egg and oil can tarnish silver faster.
Silver jewellery can be polished with a silver polishing cloth but please avoid the resin area. We don’t recommend you use an ultrasonic cleaner or cleaning bath because the liquid/chemicals may damage the resin. Most local jewellers can polish the piece for you and will take care to protect the resin.
Some silver is rhodium plated, which makes it tarnish-free, but that will wear off over time and leave a patchy effect. These pieces need to be re-coated by a specialist who can protect the resin during the plating process. We use Argentium 935 silver when possible, it is 1% purer than sterling silver with a lower copper content, and is more tarnish resistant.
Scrapes & Scratches
Try to avoid bumping and scratching your piece as this could damage. A professional jeweller can remove scratches but please let them know your piece contains resin
Silver rings with resin can easily be enlarged up to one UK size or half a US or EU size. To enlarge any more than that without risking the silver cracking, the ring will need to be annealed.
A professional silversmith may be able to do this for you with using ThermoGel to protect the resin but it can result in damage and discolouration. The same goes for reduction, it may be safer and less expensive for us to remove the resin stone and set it in a new ring for you. Please get in touch.
When Silver Jewellery Has Been Damaged
If your piece has become damaged then it may need to be remade from scratch. We can usually save the resin part and set it in a new piece but please see our resin jewellery care instructions if the resin is also damaged.
Best Way to Post
We always use either a tracked or signed for as losing anything is annoying losing a Keepsake is beyond painful.
When sending in your inclusions we suggest the same. Our turn around time obviously can not start until we receive the inclusions BUT if they get lost in the post then nothing can happen until further inclusions are sent (assuming you have more).

What Happens If
Above we have care instructions which should be followed as best as possible.
If the item is lost in the post experience shows us that 99% of pieces turn up eventually so we always say show patience. In cases that enough inclusions have been sent we do not send the additional inclusions back until you have received the ordered product and are happy. This means if the worse should happen we are able to remake a piece.
The colour is not what you hoped for? Very rarely does this happen as we really do go to extreme lengths to ensure you are happy before the actual piece is made. If it really is an issue then we will discuss with you and try to make a piece that matches your requirements (But this is very rare (Never Happened but this is What If!))
