The cover of the album remains relatively simple with a title and a single bloom from my craft box

The title is enclosed in a copper gilded frame, and infilled with ultra thick embossing powder to imitate a glass window, which I even managed to crack carefully in the top corner.

A photograph of Ravenscroft’s grump fairy, my favourite figurine, was miniaturised and glazed to sit on the butterfly tag.

A length of sage coloured silk ribbon threads through the eyelet and finishes in a small bow.

From the ring tied in the bow, hangs a teal glass bauble with crystals from my craft box.

Occasional teal blooms are included in the album, and is the accent colour of the feature papers.

A double chain is punctuated with tear drop crystals, and end with either a greenman or a fairy charm from pink cat charms.

Wherever you see a lock or a key in this album there is something to be opened, in this case a book fold to revel a pocket with an atc.

On the inside of the cover are decorative photo corners for tucking in a photograph.

The page is embellished with a pale blue hand crochet flower and central bead.

A fairy stamp and a bouquet of handmade yellow flowers decorate the raised panel on the left.

This is repeated on every page.

A sliver padlock and key attached to the cotton lace strip indicates this page flips up, to revel inside another page featuring a key to indicate its book opening, giving plenty of 5x4 pages to add journaling or photographs in the decorative photograph corners.

On the underside of the flip up cover are the dictionary extracts regarding fairies and the variants.

This vertical pocket page also has a belly band holding a tag and atc.

The belly band has a delicate frame for a photograph from the craft box.

The edge of the band and the pocket opening have been shaped using the same cutting edge.

The pocket holds a large 5½ x 5½ inch photograph matt.

This vertical pocket page is backed with embroidered paper and contains one small postcard from the featured prima nature garden paper by Jodie Lee.

An atc photo matt on the pocket (here featuring a sample image from Linda Ravenscroft fairies) is edged with florals and crystalline oak leaves cut from green vellum, some mounted on the matt side and some on the glossy side.

A single petaloo velvet flower acts a stop to contain the postcard.
